Since 1908, Metalcrete Industries has developed and manufactured concrete restoration products designed for tipping floors in waste transfer stations and material recovery facilities. Metalcrete manufactures and markets metallic aggregate and emery aggregate floor toppings along with fast-setting, metallic aggregate epoxy repair mortars. Metalcrete floors provide a thick armoring that protects from severe impact, abrasion, and gouging from loaders and track hoes. Metalcrete floors wear eight times better than normal high-strength concrete thus reducing plant downtime and maintenance costs.
