Ken Beaver currently serves as Dover ESG’s Director of Business Development, where he is focused on acquisitions and other formal alliances related to innovative technologies for the collection and processing of solid waste. Over his 36 year career, Ken has been a student and proponent of the process of innovation, which includes the use of formal tools for gaining a deep understanding of the unarticulated needs of the marketplace. The solid waste equipment industry represents especially fertile ground for innovation, given the rapidly evolving market and regulatory forces at work, and newly available technologies which can economically transform solid waste into valuable and environmentally responsible materials.
