Jim is the Chief Operating Officer for Randy’s Environmental Services. Over the last 19 years, Jim has moved Randy’s beyond trash removal to become one of the most advanced and fastest growing waste management and recycling companies in the nation. Five years ago, Jim co-developed the Blue Bag Organics program, a cost effective and sustainable organics collection method for source separated organics. To implement new and disruptive technologies that can divert and recover more waste from landfill for higher value reuse, Randy’s Environmental Services created Organix Solutions and named Jim its Chief Executive Officer.
