Dale Tidwell has worked in the transportation industry for over 30 years and has held many jobs within the field. Including driver, fleet dispatcher, Fleet Operations Manager, and Director of Safety and Recruiting. He also was a managing partner and owner of Sentry Compliance Solutions. Dale graduated Haughton High School in 1984, attended Bossier Parish Community College and earned his Certified Director of Safety certification from the North American Transportation Management Institute (NATMI). Some of his experience includes safety program development, CSA score reduction management, DOT compliance review preparation and representation, and team alignment strategies. He is currently the Senior Manager of Logistics EHS for the South Region of Dean Foods. This encompasses over 150 branch locations spanning from North Carolina to West Texas. Dale resides in Louisiana with his wife of over 27 years.
