Mr. Stutz, P.E. has 18 years of experience in air quality services and landfill gas studies and collection system design. Mr. Stutz has extensive work experience in landfill gas system design, permitting and compliance, and has prepared numerous emission inventories, air quality permits, emission calculations, and landfill gas to energy. Mr. Stutz has a B.S. degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering and is a register professional engineering in 12 states. Professional experience includes serving as an instructor in air pollution courses for the Center of Environmental Research and Training at The University of Texas at Arlington. He is a principal with Weaver Consultants Group and managers the landfill gas and air quality services groups. Design experience includes design layouts, design computations, technical specifications, design drawings, and details of landfill gas extraction and energy systems. He has assisted with Bioreactor feasibilities as well as landfill gas control and compliance issues with bioreactor technology. He has performed emission modeling, inventories, and calculations, as well as economic feasibility studies for landfill gas-to-energy projects. He has worked closely with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies to ensure that engineering deliverables comply with all current applicable requirements. He has been involved with the development of several landfill gas to energy facilities. Mr. Stutz is an active member of the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) were he serves as the Vice-Chair on the LFG Rules and Regulations Committee. Mr. Stutz is an active member and Chairman for the North Texas Chapter of Air and Waste Management Association.
