Josh Densberger is a Safety professional in the solid waste and recycling industry and teaches Fire Science at Seminole State College. Josh has experienced success in the academic world, and believes in freely exchanging safety research across company and industry boundaries. Josh began his career as a professional firefighter in a large urban department, a job that provided a unique perspective on risk management. In addition, rescuing cats from trees and dragging hose he worked as a high angle, heavy machinery and confined space technician. Josh is passionate about the safety and welfare of the people that he serves in the waste industry and honestly enjoys the challenge of OSHA and DOT compliance. Away from his job, Josh is an avid fitness and sports enthusiast. Josh lives in suburban Orlando with his wife of ten years and their two beautiful daughters.
