Tony G. Rice is Vice President of Comerica Bank’s Environmental Services Department.
A banking veteran with more than 14 years of commercial banking experience, Mr. Rice is responsible cultivating deep relationships with companies across the U.S. and Canada that collect, transport, treat, recycle, process and dispose of various types of waste including Solid, Recyclables, E-Waste, Hazardous, Liquid, Landfill Gas and Medical. The specialized business unit at Comerica focuses on acquiring a thorough understanding of a client’s business, providing exceptional service and becoming a trusted advisor.
Mr. Rice started with Comerica Bank in January 2002 as a credit analyst in Comerica's Commercial Banking Training Program. In addition to his current position, which he has held since 2012, Mr. Rice served as a commercial lender in Middle Market Banking. He is actively involved in community outreach initiatives whereby his department volunteers quarterly for various non-profit organizations throughout Metro Detroit.
Mr. Rice earned his bachelor of business administration degree from Walsh College and a Master of Business Administration from Waste State University. He and his wife reside in Southeast Michigan with their two sons.
