Nichole Causton is the Manager of Recruiting for Waste Connections, Inc. Nichole joined Waste Connections in 2009, supporting full life-cycle recruiting efforts for Waste Connections Eastern Region of Operations. In her current role as Manager, Nichole manages fourteen recruiting industry specialists and nationwide recruiting efforts for the field as well as roles with the Waste Connections Corporate office in The Woodlands, Texas. Nichole enjoys working with and motivating her team to find the right person for the job and navigating the fast paced challenges of hiring for the waste industry. Nichole has over ten years of employment and human resources expertise, including management of EEO and OFFCCP compliance and recruiting systems implementation. Prior to joining Waste Connections Nichole served as a Human Resources Executive with Target, where she began her career after graduating from Lindenwood University with a degree in Business Administration. Nichole resides in Texas with her loving husband Ben, where they are devoted parents to two girls, Kallie and Kendall. She volunteers for her daughters Girl Scout Troop and is a committee member for the Annual Waste Connections Golf Classic Charity Event.
