Dwight Schaubach, Chairman and Owner of Bay Disposal, has over thirty-five years experience in the waste collection and disposal business in the Hampton Roads area. He previously served as the President of the original Bay Disposal, and later President of Area Container Services. Mr. Schaubach started the original Bay Disposal in the late 1970's and drove the first trash truck that he owned. In addition to his local success, he has also been involved in trash companies in Alliance, Ohio, Hilton Head, South Carolina, Greenville, North Carolina and Memphis, Tennessee. In addition to his solid waste knowledge, Mr. Schaubach established a medical waste collection company in the mid 1980's (Incendere, Inc.) and permitted the first medical waste incinerator in Virginia. He has served as Chairman of the Virginia Waste Industries Association and Chairman of the Detachable Container Association. His extensive knowledge of all aspects of the industry is a tremendous asset for the success of our company.
